Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Sukoon Developments
By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or booking a unit in Harbour One, 14 Boulevard Heights, or Rhythm One, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions sukoon developments. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and our services.
Our Projects
Sukoon Developments currently markets and develops the following projects, each governed by its own booking form, floor plan, and payment schedule in addition to these general terms:
- Harbour One — Naval Anchorage, Islamabad Expressway.
- 14 Boulevard Heights — premium residential/commercial tower.
- Rhythm One — mixed-use development.
Booking & Reservation
A unit is only considered reserved once the applicant has submitted a completed booking form and paid the applicable down payment. All bookings are subject to availability and management approval. Booking a unit in any of our projects does not guarantee a specific floor, unit number, or view unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Payment Plans
Payment plans, including down payment percentage and construction-linked installments, vary by project and unit type and are shared separately at the time of booking for Harbour One, 14 Boulevard Heights, and Rhythm One. Delayed installments may attract a late payment surcharge as specified in the individual booking agreement.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of processing charges as per the booking agreement of the respective project. Refund timelines may vary between Harbour One, 14 Boulevard Heights, and Rhythm One depending on construction stage.
Construction Timelines
While we strive to deliver each project within the announced timeline, construction schedules for Harbour One, 14 Boulevard Heights, and Rhythm One may be affected by government approvals, material availability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any material change in delivery timeline will be communicated to booked clients.
Property Transfer & Ownership
Allotment and transfer of ownership will be processed in the buyer's name upon full payment as per the applicable authority's procedure, including Naval Anchorage allotment verification where relevant to the project. Any transfer of booking rights to a third party requires prior written approval from Sukoon Developments and may attract a transfer fee.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including renders, floor plans, and branding for Harbour One, 14 Boulevard Heights, and Rhythm One, is the property of Sukoon Developments and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written consent. Renders and images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the final built product.
Limitation of Liability
Sukoon Developments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or reliance on marketing material. Final terms of sale for any unit are governed exclusively by the signed booking agreement for that specific project.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or a booking with Sukoon Developments will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
Changes to These Terms
Sukoon Developments reserves the right to update these terms and conditions sukoon developments at any time. Continued use of the website or any of our project services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
